1) Acceptance of Terms



These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the DubxAI app (the “App”), provided by APPSTERRA (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy available at https://dubxai.com. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.




2) Eligibility & Requirements



You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App.

In the EEA/UK, parental consent may be required for users under 16.


You are responsible for ensuring that your device, microphone, internet connection, and any uploaded content comply with applicable laws and are suitable for AI audio generation.




3) License & Restrictions



We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.


You may not:


  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

  • Bypass any security or technical protection

  • Share your account or access token with others

  • Use the App for unlawful or unauthorized purposes

  • Upload or generate content that infringes rights, contains harmful materials, or violates privacy

  • Resell or commercially exploit any output generated by the App unless explicitly permitted





4) User Obligations



You agree to:


  • Comply with all applicable laws related to audio processing, voice cloning, copyright, and privacy

  • Ensure that any audio, voices, or text you provide belong to you or you have permission to use

  • Not use the App to impersonate others without consent

  • Not misuse the App for generating harmful, illegal, or abusive content

  • Not attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with our infrastructure or third-party providers





5) AI Processing & Fair Use



DubxAI is a shared AI processing service.

We may apply reasonable usage limits (processing time, audio length, API call frequency, storage, or output volume) to ensure fair usage and maintain service quality.


Excessive, automated, or abusive usage may result in temporary suspension or account restriction.


The App uses third-party AI services (including, but not limited to, ElevenLabs API) to generate audio output. You acknowledge that generated results may contain inaccuracies or unexpected artifacts.




6) Subscriptions & Billing



App Store Billing:

Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple via your Apple ID. We do not store or handle payment card details.


Auto-Renewal:

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.


Manage/Cancel:

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.


Refunds:

Refunds are governed exclusively by Apple’s policies.




7) Third-Party Services



The App may integrate third-party SDKs and APIs (e.g., analytics, crash reporting, AI audio generation, subscription management).

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.


We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services beyond our control.




8) Intellectual Property



The App, DubxAI name/logo, website (dubxai.com), all software components, designs, and related assets are owned by APPSTERRA or its licensors.


No rights are granted to you except as expressly provided in these Terms.


You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us permissions necessary to process and deliver AI-generated audio.




9) Disclaimers



The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:


  • Uninterrupted or error-free service

  • The accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated audio

  • That content produced using third-party AI systems will meet your expectations



Service performance depends on factors outside our control (e.g., device performance, network quality, third-party systems).




10) Limitation of Liability



To the extent permitted by law, APPSTERRA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including:


  • Loss of data

  • Loss of profits

  • Loss of content or recordings

  • Service interruptions caused by external providers



Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App or subscription during the 12 months preceding the claim.




11) Indemnification



You agree to indemnify and hold harmless APPSTERRA, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:


  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your misuse of the App or AI-generated audio

  • Your uploaded content and its legality, ownership, or copyright status





12) Termination



We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you:


  • Violate these Terms

  • Misuse AI or generate harmful content

  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive activities

  • Are required to be restricted due to law or platform requirements



You may stop using the App at any time.


Sections relating to intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and governing law will survive termination.




13) Changes to Terms



We may update or modify these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will be communicated via the App, website (https://dubxai.com), or App Store listing.


Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.




14) Governing Law



These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.


Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
